I hate how each app on android has it's own vibration setting for notifications and it is always either on or off. Is there an app out there that will toggle vibration on/off for all apps?
Perhaps just an app that vibrates whenever any notification from any app is received. Then you could turn vibration off in all the individual apps and just let this vibration notification toggle app control vibration notifications, thus making it easy to turn all vibration notifications on or off at once.
