[General] How to add to Google Bookmarks?

Hello,

Is there any way I can add a web page from mobile-chrome (Nexus 4) to 'Google Bookmarks'?

On the desktop, I do this using a bookmarklet () - I just have to click on this and choose the label.
At work I use IE, so whenever I want to bookmark a page, I manually open () and add the URL (is there a better way?)

The reason I use Google Bookmarks (and not chrome bookmarks) is to have a centralized, browser/device agnostic repository for bookmarks.
