Are there any other free tools out there that can be used to edit the Layout XML files. I need code completion. The Layout editor in the most recent version of Eclipse/ADT is not working. | |||
There's DroidDraw (last updated nearly a year ago), or you could always use NetBeans, or... you could fix your installation of Eclipse. Unfortunately "not working" isn't enough information to help you fix what ails you. | |||
Layout editor for android is always there in any Eclipse with android. If you just concern with design xml, then you can check this:
It is one of nice tool to design xml layout for android app. But i recommended you to use Eclipse, as it is the best environment to do such xml layout design and you will get everything with that. Hope you got point. | |||
