[General] Question regarding Samsung Warranty security

Question regarding Samsung Warranty security

Hi, recently i tried to root my phone, but it came out to be a disastrous failure.
The phone doesn't turn on, neither does it go into boot mode or download mode.
However, I just contacted Samsung, and they said that I still have warranty under my phone.
The problem is, I'm afraid that Samsung might void my Warranty because it has been rooted.
But, i don't know if you can say that my phone was "rooted" because I failed the first step.
After i loaded ' VRALEC.bootchain'(through Odin), the phone went completely black and couldn't be recognized by the computer.
Will Samsung be able to see that I messed with the phone? And also, what's the chance that my warranty would be voided?

Thank You,
RainbowFlamingo.
