[General] Gmail For Kids?

Gmail For Kids?

Yes, that's the correct Kid's Place app (the link was embedded in my previous post). When you install it on the device, you can then launch it and set it up. You'll be asked to pick a PIN for parental control, and then you can select what apps/games to display in the launcher for your kid. There a bunch of other options as well, such as preventing in-app purchases. Once you launch Kid's Place, it will remain active until you exit out of it using your parental PIN, even if you press the power button to put the device to sleep.

You don't really need to create a Google account for your kids. You can control what apps you install for them using your own Google account. Just because you've installed the apps on the kids' device using your Google account doesn't mean they're going to show up automatically on your own phone.
