[android help] Chat between Android, Iphone and Windows Phone on same Network(No Server Interaction)?

I need to create an application which allows users on same network(wifi, no server interaction) to chat between iphone, android and windows phone application. My app is available in iphone, android and windows phone. Now, there is an requirement that my application users on same network(wifi) can chat together?
